All US orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped you will recieve a tracking number via email. Most orders should arrive in 3-8 business days once shipped. I do not have control once the package leaves my possession. If you have questions or concerns with an order please contact me.

International shipping is available to select countries. If you have issues while placing an order, please contact me.

Depending on popularity & availability previous color-ways may be restocked.

All dyed to order skeins have a turnaround time of 4-8 weeks. Check product listing for exact timelines.

If it has been damaged, received the wrong item(s), or are missing an item. I will do my best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the package and returned in its original state to be eligible for a refund.

*If the yarn has been caked or unwound, a refund will not be given.

You (the buyer) will be responsible for shipping costs, since shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most yarns available are Superwash Merino. These yarns can be washed by hand or machine. I personally prefer to hand-wash to avoid any risk of damaging/ felting the yarn.

Yarns that are not Superwash Merino should always be gently hand-washed.

When drying, lay flat in indirect sunlight. Do not put in dryer.

Most neon dyes are notorious for sticking around (pinks, purples, reds) and will not stain/ transfer to other fibers when washed in cold water

*We do our best to knock off any excess dye during the fiber's final cold water rinse

Avoid warm water when washing hand-dyed fiber to minimize any possible transfer.

When working multi-skein projects, it's best to alternate skeins to avoid any color pooling.

Due to the nature of hand dyeing there is a chance that multiple skeins will be slightly different.

I try my absolute best to match dye lots in orders of 2+ skeins.

Depending on order volume a collection/ custom can take up to 8 weeks to ship after pre-order is closed.

I strive to complete orders ASAP but due to the nature of a one woman show I cannot guarantee a specific time window. I will provide post-collection production/ timelines on Instagram and you will receive an email as soon as your order ships.
